Cattle

It is unclear how aggressive wild cattle (Bos primigenus) were domesticated into Bos taurus. Based on two criteria — smaller size, and many young bones — cattle were first domesticated in Greece and Anatolia at sites dated to ~6,200-5,800 BC.
