Frozen grapes1 cupThese add sweetness and keep it icy.
Soaked nuts1 cupI have found that almonds and cashews are the best. Sunflower seeds were way too overwhelming. Alternatively, you can use a nut butter.
Almond milkEnough to coverAdd enough almond milk until you are about to fully cover the ingredients. Water also works.
Blend immediatelyUntil smoothBlend immediately. The almond milk freezes fast.
