Thermodynamic Systems

There are three kinds of thermodynamic systems:

System Description
Isolated systems Do not exchange heat, work, nor matter with their environment.
Closed systems Do not exchange matter, but are able to exchange heat and work.
Open systems Are able to exchange heat, work, and matter with their environment.
